Roa Talal Halawani is a Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT), Otology and Ear Surgery, Vestibular Disorders, and Cochlear Implantation, with more than 15 years of experience in diagnosing and managing ENT conditions in children and adults.

• Arab Board in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
• European Board in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
• Fellowship in Otology, Neurotology, and Cochlear Implantation, King Saud University.
• Member of the Saudi Society of Otolaryngology.
• Member of the Arab Cochlear Implant Association.
• Member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
• Member of the King Abdullah Specialized Center for Ear Diseases in Riyadh.
• Consultant and Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Ear Diseases and Hearing Loss Program in the Middle East and North Africa.
• Researcher and contributor to numerous published studies in the fields of ear diseases and cochlear implantation.
