•  Cases of thrombocytopenia and other bleeding disorders . 
• cases of WBCs abnormalities . 
• Cases of myeloproliferative disorders ( splenomegaly ).
• Cases of lymph nodes enlargement ( lymphoma). 
• Cases of bone marrow failure . 
• Cases of plasma cell disorders ( multiple myeloma ). 
•  Cases of acute and chronic leukemia.
