A new medical achievement by the urology department at Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Al-Khobar, where the medical team was able to remove a malignant tumor from the left kidney of a patient. The challenge in this surgical procedure was the severe enlargement of the kidney, the presence of a large cystic tumor in the anterior and upper part of the kidney attached to the pancreas and colon, in addition to the risks of severe bleeding, lung membrane tear, and spleen injury.
