Mouwasat Dammam is the first Urology Center that gains excellence in the Kingdom, along with many successive achievements made at Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam.
The Urology, Reproductive and Infertility Surgery Center at Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam has obtained a Certificate of Excellence in Surgical Performance from the International Commission for Accreditation of Excellence in Performance (SRC) of America, as well as the consultant Dr. Adel Farhat Abdel Aziz who obtained a certificate of excellence in surgical performance as the head of the department and in all surgical procedures performed with knowledge. The Performance Assessment Committee (SRC) is concerned with evaluating the performance of health care institutions and surgeons in accordance with the highest international standards for leading accreditation bodies, as this accreditation is an international recognition for the facility and the surgeon to apply the highest measures and best practices in the field of quality and excellence of performance for patient’s safety and to provide distinguished health care which is compatible with the international standards.
