? How the surveys are conducted
- For out.patients visits and ER patient will receive an SMS with a link to an online survey the day after visiting the clinic
- For In.patient : patient will receive a call from health link / press ganey team within 48-72 hours after leaving the clinic
?Who will answer these surveys
Adults will answer the survey provided to them , and parents will answer on behalf of their children.
