
Mouwasat Got The Silver Award in the International Customer Experience Competition
At the International Customer Experience Awards last month, we were delighted to be the Silver Winner in the Best Customer Experience Strategy category.
This was a much-deserved reward for Mouwasat Medical Services and a recognition of the efforts and improvements we’ve made in the customer experience over the past year.
On Thursday 21st November, finalists and judges gathered at Novotel Amsterdam City Hotel to compete for a coveted series of prizes and share the very best ideas in global customer experience - and the standard of competition was exceptionally high.
Throughout the day, Mouwasat Medical Services Team impressed the judges with their presentation, condensing a complex range of working practices into a concise, engaging 15-minute pitch, then took questions from the panel.
Once the presentation was over, we had the chance to network with a diverse range of business leaders from all sectors of the economy and attain new perspectives on our CX strategy. In the evening, we enjoyed a glamorous Awards ceremony
When the winner of the Best Customer Experience category was announced, hearing our name read out is something we’ll never forget! It was a very special day for us, and we enjoyed celebrating our victory.
