- MD Degree in orthopedic surgery and traumatology, Mansoura University, Egypt.
- Associate professor of orthopedic surgery and traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt.
- Clinical fellowship in knee joint replacement surgery at the Tarabichi Center for Joint Surgery, Dubai, UAE (the largest Middle East knee replacement surgery center, with more than 15,000 cases).
- Clinical fellowship in joint replacement surgery and trauma at Gottingen University, Germany.
- Fellowship in trauma and joint joint surgery at Hospital for special surgery (HSS), New York, USA
- Member of the International committee for joint reconstruction, middle east (ICJR ME)
- Member of the international consensus meeting group on infection (ICM)
