The 160 beds hospital is located on the eastern ring road of Riyadh (exit 14). It offers a wide range of basic medical services through its outpatient clinics and inpatient sections that include the following:

The Company operates Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Riyadh through an agreement with SUDC the owner of the hospital, dated 11 August 2002 with duration of ten years renewable for a similar period of time. According to the agreement, the company has no right to operate any other medical facilities in Riyadh during the first seven years of the contract.
