Al-Mouwasat Dispensary in Dammam offers basic health care services through its 18 outpatient clinics, working from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm daily, with an emergency unit working 24 hours. The dispensary started its operation in 1975, and its services cover the basic meidcal specialties including: internal medicine & surgery, gynecology, dermatology, skin diseases and reproductive health, orthopedics, pediatrics, dentistry, ophthalmology & ENT, in addition to the laboratory and radiology units.
Hospitals and dispensaries of Al-Mouwasat exchange field visits of physicians and medical cadres for consultancy purposes. The Physicians in the clinic refer the cases that need special medical care, or processing a surgery to Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam, where additional services are available for these cases, such as the laboratory and radiology departments to ensure that patients are provided with best quality services required.
